Japan: Cross-Cultural Awareness Training in London, UK

It happens every now and then: a successful professional gets promoted to the Tokyo branch office. He or she departs starry-eyed and bushy-tailed only to come rushing back home a few months later, unable to cope with the new country. Or even worse, he or she keeps on and bungles everything beyond repair because what work back home does not always work abroad. Employees' culture shock can cost their company much more than just the cost of relocation.

Japan hasn't given up on an iota of its true self under the thin veneer of Westernization. I went six years undercover to find that out, digging deep, stopping just one step short of becoming Japanese. Let me present you the detailed report of my discoveries.
