Russia: Cross-Cultural Awareness Training in London, UK

It happens every now and then: a successful professional gets promoted to the Moscow branch office. He or she departs starry-eyed and bushy-tailed only to come rushing back home a few months later, unable to cope with the new country. Or even worse, he or she keeps on and bungles everything beyond repair because what work back home does not always work abroad. Employees' culture shock can cost their company much more than just the cost of relocation.

Russia, the famous "enigma, wrapped in a riddle, shrouded in mystery". Having lived half of my life away from my Motherland but never losing the connection, I am well positioned to demystify it as an insider with an outsider's perspective.
